【Abstract】 Teaching secretaries are the backbone of departments’ teaching and management, whose working quality and efficiency have direct influence on the departments’ teaching and management. It is important to strengthen teaching secrtaries contingent and improve their structure. This paper studies the status of teaching secretaries in Fujian province mainly from political quality, the structure of academic credentials ages and titles, further, it points out the superiority and existing problem needed to be solved and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for reference as policy-makers.更多还原
