辽河超稠油减粘裂化工艺研究
Study on Visbreaking Technique for Liaohe Super Dense Oil
【摘要】 在自制小型连续减粘裂化装置上 ,对辽河超稠油进行了减粘裂化的工艺研究。考察了辽河超稠油在 370~ 41 0℃和 1~ 3h停留时间条件下超稠油粘度变化情况。实验数据表明 :在本研究范围内 ,辽河超稠油主要进行裂化反应 ,缩合反应较少 ;粘度可达 2 0 0 # 燃料油的要求 ,还可得 1 5 %~ 1 7%的轻质油品 ;限制超稠油减粘裂化反应深度因素不仅仅是焦炭的生成 ,而且还有稠油胶体体系的破坏。
【Abstract】 Visbreaking technology for Liaohe super dense oil was studied with small scale continuous visbreaker equipment made by ourselve. The super oil viscidity change was observed at reaction temperature 370~410 ℃ and in 1~3 h stay time. The experiment data show that in Liaohe super dense oil the cracking reaction is mainly taken place and the condensation reaction is rare within our investigation conditions. The viscidity of super dense oil can meets the requirement of 200 # fuel oil, and 15%~17% light oil can be obtained. Liaohe super dense oil visbreaking reaction profundity is not only controlled by formed coke, but also by the destroy of dense oil colloid system.
