振动时效的效果及机理综述
Overview on Effect and Mechanism of Vibration Aging
【摘要】 振动时效是继热时效而后发展起来的一种新的时效方法,它是在周期性外力作用下促使工件振动,达到调整、均化残余应力、稳定构件加工尺寸和精度等目的的一种工艺。振动时效由于具有设备简单、处理时间短、节省能源、稳定工件尺寸和消除残余应力作用显著等特点,近年来了得到了较普遍的应用。目前振动时效在国内应用已有20余年,但其应用主要在降低高残余应力,调整、均化残余应力,稳定构件加工尺寸等方面。根据近期研究,发现振动时效对提高焊件疲劳寿命、抗应力腐蚀性能以及金属材料的冲击功也有明显效果。全面综述了振动时效的效果,并对其机理进行了研究。振动时效的过程,实质上是金属材料内部晶体位错运行、增殖、塞积和缠结的过程
【Abstract】 Vibration aging is a new aging method which has been developed following heat aging. It is a process which makes parts vibrate under the cyclical external force and aim at adjusting and uniformly distributing residual stress, maintaining part’s mechanical size and precision and so on. Because this method uses simple equipment, has short treated time, saves energy and has notable effect on maintaining part’s size and eliminating residual stress it has been widely used in recent years. At present, vibration aging has been used for more than 20 years in our country. It is mainly applied to reduce high residual stress, adjuste and scatter residual stress and maintain part’s mechanical size and so on. According to the latest research, vibration aging also has note worthy effect on increasing fatigue lifetime, property to resist stress-corrosion and percussive touphness value of metal material. A full overview on effect and mechanism of libration aging has been made in this report. The process of libration aging is process of dislocation movement, proliferation, staffing and uinding.
