【摘要】 目的：研究Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血微量元素与血糖、胰岛素、Ｃ肽的含量变化。方法：应用原子吸收分光光度法测定微量元素，生化法测定血糖，放免法测定胰岛素和Ｃ肽含量。结果：Ⅱ型糖尿病人血铁、锌、镁含量低于正常人组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。铜含量和铜／锌比值高于正常人组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：测定Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血微量元素的变化有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the quantitative changes of the serum trace elements and blood sugar (BS), insulin (INS),. C - peptide (CP) levels in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. Methods Serum trace elements levels were determine with atom absorption spectrophotometry, blood sugar with biochemitry, insulin, C - peptide with radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results Serum levels of Fe + +,Zn + +,Mg + + were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P < 0.01), while the levels of Cu + +, Cu + +/Zn + + ratio were significantly higher (P < 0.01). Connclusion Deteriation of the elements level changes in type Ⅱ diabetic patients might have important clinical significance.更多还原
