【摘要】 目的探讨治疗膀胱术后痉挛的有效、方便方法。方法采用阿托品、心痛定和异搏定三种药物经不同的途径给药治疗膀胱术后痉挛。结果舌下含化心痛定和肌注阿托品治疗膀胱术后痉挛优于异搏定膀胱冲洗 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而肌注阿托品和舌下含化心痛定之间差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论舌下含化心痛定是治疗膀胱术后痉挛的一种有效、方便方法 ,同时钙拮抗剂的用药途径不同 ,治疗的效果也不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective method to treat spasm after bladder operation. Method Three drugs:Atropine, Nifedipine and Verapamil hydrochloride were taken by different approach to treat the spasm after bladder operation. Results?The treatment effect of tongue intaken of Nifedipine and Atropine intramuscular injection is excelled bladder lavage by verapamil hydrochloride ( P <0.05).There is no significant different in the in the effect between Nifedipine tongue taken and Atropine intramuscular injecting ( P >0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine taken by tongue is a effective, convenient method to treat spasm after bladder operation, this effect are varied based on the different approach of calcium antagon.更多还原
