【摘要】 目的研究肺癌病人心理个性特征 ,以指导临床心理护理。方法采用国家科委“九五”攻关项目中制定的“疾病危险因素监测调查表” ,对 190例肺癌初诊患者的心理特征进行监测 ,同时选取与患者性别、年龄、文化背景一致的健康志愿者进行 1∶1配比对照研究。结果肺癌病人的个性特征、人际关系、婚姻关系以及长期处于精神压抑状态等因素均与对照组有差异 (P <0 0 5 ,P >0 0 1) ,而近年来有无遭遇较大的精神创伤的比较两组无差异 (P >0 9)。结论在肺癌的防治和护理上应充分考虑到心理因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the psychological characteristic of lung cancer patient,and guide the clinical psychological nursing,Methods The questionnaire of disease risk factors monitoring designed by ninth-five key task project team of national science committee was used,190 cases of lung cancer patients who is first visit to a hospital were selected for psychological monitoring,the same number of health person with the similar age,sex and social economical characteristic was also selected as control group for 1∶1 pair study.Results There were significant difference in the personality characteristic,personal and marriage relationship and the experience of long-time psychical depression compsred with control group( P <0 05 or P < 0 01),there were no significant difference in recently experience of server psychical wound( P >0 9).[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] It’s implied that the effect of psychological factors on the treatment and nursing of lung cancer should be fully considered.更多还原
