含氮有机缓蚀剂BIEA在浓盐酸中对铁和钢的缓蚀性能
SYNTHESIS OF ORGANIC CORROSION INHIBITOR CONTAINING NITRIGEN BIEA AND ITS INHIBITION FOR IRON IN HCl
【摘要】 合成了N、N、N′、N′ 四 (2 苯并咪唑甲基 ) 1 ,2 乙二胺分子 (以BIEA表示 )作为吸附型高效含氮有机缓蚀剂(AHNOI) .在HC1溶液中失重法测得BIEA对纯铁的缓蚀率为 91 .2 % (浓度为 0 .0 0 71 % ) ,与癸胺复配时协同缓蚀率为 98.7% .极化曲线结果表明 :BIEA和BIEA与直链脂肪胺复配均能抑制纯铁的阴、阳极过程 .
【Abstract】 From the consideration of the molecular structure of a corrosion inhibitor infecting its inhibition the N, N, N′, N′\|tetrakis\|(2\|benzimidazolymethy1)\|1, 2\|ethanediamine (BIEA) which may be an adsorption\|type highly effective organic corrosion inhiitor (AHNOI) to be studied has been synthesized. The Inhibition efficiencies of the BIEA for the Fe and the steel respectively in 4 mol/L HCl at 50℃ were determined as 91.2%, when the concentration of the BIEA was 120×10 -6 mol/L. The results from polarization data have shown that the BIEA can inhibit the anodic and cathodic process of the iron in the acidic solution.
