环氧粉末涂料固化程度的表征-溶剂萃取法的建立

【摘要】 研究了溶剂萃取法用于粉末涂料固化度表征时的萃取条件的选择过程及相关参数的确定方法 ,并将研究结果与用玻璃化转变温度与剩余焓法的固化度测量结果进行了对比分析 .结果表明 :用萃取方法表征固化度反映了涂膜的真实交联情况 ,与玻璃化转变温度法存在对应的关系 .

【Abstract】 The performance of Fusion\|Bonded epoxy (FBE) coatings is dependent on cure and is only achieved when the coating is fully crosslinked. However, there has been a lack of perfect methods to measure the degree of cure of coatings. One measurement is carried out by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) . This study examined the validity of this test method. Moreover, a new method using solvent extraction had been set up. The solvent extraction technique was used to investigate the degree of cure (DOC)of organic coatings. The process to determine the extraction conditions and relative parameters has been described. The measured results have been compared with those measured by differential scanning calorimeter.
