【摘要】 运用光镜技术研究了锯齿米虾的消化系统。消化系统主要包括消化管和消化腺。消化管的基本结构由内向外可分为四层，即粘膜层、粘膜下层、肌肉层和外膜。粘膜层主要由单层柱状上皮和基膜构成。除中肠外，其余消化管管壁上皮均覆盖有角质膜。粘膜下层和外膜均为结缔组织层。各消化管管壁的肌肉层变化较大。消化腺主要是肝胰腺，由无数的肝小管组成，根据其形态和功能的不同，可把构成肝小管的单层细胞分为四类：分泌细胞（ B细胞）、吸收细胞（ F细胞）、储存细胞（ R细胞）和胚细胞（ E细胞）。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digestive system of caridina denticulata was studied with light microscopy in this paper.The digestive system consists of the digestive tract and the digestive gland (Hepatopancreas). The basal structure of the digestive tract can be divided into four layers,from inner to outer: mucous layer submucous layer、 muscular layer and outer membrane。 The mucous layer is generally composed of a layer of columnar epithelium and basal membrane.The wall epithelium of the digestive tract except midgut is covered by cuticle.The submucous layer and outer membrane are composed of connective tissue.Functional and structrual unit of hepatopancreas is small duct of hepar which consists of a layer of cell on basal membrane .According to morpha and function of these cells ,they can be divided into four types: B－ cell、 F- cell、 R- cell and E- cell.更多还原
