建筑节能理想承重墙体材料——高强度粉煤灰加气砼研究
A Ideal Saving Energy Material for Load-bear Wall-A Research on the Aerated Concrete With High-Strength Fly Ash
【摘要】 采用活化石灰 ,活化粉煤灰和外加剂等综合技术途径 ,制备容重小于 1 0 0 0kg/m3抗压强度大于 1 5MPa的超高强加气砼。研究表明 ,活化石灰、活化粉煤灰可加速加气砼在蒸压养护过程中的水热合成反应 ,使孔间壁更加致密 ,水化物匹配合理。超高强加气砼可代替粘土砖并用于承重砌体结构。
【Abstract】 The ultra high-strength aerated concrete,which has dry density<1000kg/m 3 and compressive strength>15MPa.is made by synthetic technology way such as activated lime,activated fly ash and addivive agent.The researches show that activeted lime and activated fly-ash can accelerate lime-silica reaction of the aerated concrete in high-pressure steam curing. make the pour wall structure more density and have "rational" hydrate phase.The Ultra high strength aerated concrete can replace soil brick and can be used as for Load bear construction.
