石墨粒度对Cu-Fe基摩擦材料性能的影响
Influence of graphite particles size on friction and wear properties of copper-ferrous matrix friction materials
【摘要】 研究了石墨粒度对Cu-Fe基摩擦材料性能的影响,发现随着石墨粒度的细化,材料的硬度升高,强度降低,材料及对偶的磨损增大,对材料的摩擦因数也有所影响。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effects of graphite particle size on the friction and wear properties of Cu-Fe matrix friction materials are investigated. The results show that, with decreasing graphite particle size, the hardness of the material increases and the strength decreases, but the wear rate of the material and frictional pair increases, it has also been found that the coefficients of friction (μ) changes slightly with decreasing graphite particle size.
