柔性耐磨复合涂层的研制

【摘要】 采用滚压工艺,将一定配比的金属粉末(WC-Co,NiCrBSi)与连接物混合制备成具有良好柔韧性的金属布,用作复合涂层原材料,通过真空钎焊方法制备WC-Co/NiCrBSi耐磨复合涂层,复合涂层内聚强度及涂层/基体结合强度分别达100~140 MPa和300~360 MPa,其水砂磨损性能高于WC-Co/NiCrBSi火焰堆焊层及CoCrW堆焊层磨损性能。

【Abstract】 Using folling technology, flexible metal clothes consisting of metal powder and connection in certain rate were made, which could be used as brazing coating raw materials. WC-Co/NiCrBSi wear compositecoating was fabricatedthrough vacuum brazing. The tensile strength of coating itself and coating/matrix reproach 100 ~ 140 MPa and 300 ~ 360 MPa respectively. The water sand wear property of WC-Co/NiCrBSi brazing coating is better thanthat of WC-Co/NiCrBSi flame overlaying and CoCrW overlaying.
