【摘要】 目的 探讨4种常用镇痛药物在产后镇痛中的应用价值。方法 选取要求镇痛的产妇133人,随机分为5组,即安慰剂组、去痛片组、扶他林组、二氢埃托啡组 (DHE组) 及布洛芬组,施行双盲对照研究。结果用药组与安慰剂组镇痛效果相比,在服药2h后开始差异有显著性(P<0.05),4个试验组产妇疼痛等级比较,扶他林组与布洛芬组镇痛效果差异无显著性(P>0.05);去痛片组与DHE组镇痛效果差异无显著性(P>0.05);扶他林组及布洛芬组与去痛片组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)前两者效果优于后者。结论 产后镇痛应该予以重视;扶他林与布洛芬镇痛效果较好,可应用于产后镇痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the analgesic efficacy of medicines in poetpaitum period. Methods A total of 133 parturients who requested postpaitum analgesia were randomly allocated to five groups and received placebo,Sumidon,Votalin,Di-hydroetorphine (DHE) and Qxiprofenum respectively. Results The differences in analgesic effect between the trial groups and the placebo group were significant after 2 hours at all the timepoints (P< 0.05) . When the scales of pain were compared,there were no significant difference between Votalin and Ibuprofenum Groups,nor DHE and Sumidon Croups ( P > 0.05) . But the differences Votalin or Ibuprofenum compared to Sumidon groups were significant (P < 0.05) . There were no obvious side-effect in all these groups. Conduskns We must pay more attention to postpartum analgesia. The analgesia efficacy of Votalin and Ibuprofenum groups is more satisfactory and effective than Sumidon and DHE groups.更多还原
