【摘要】 目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图 (CDE)在主动脉窦瘤 (ASA)手术前后的应用价值。方法　对 2 9例患者术前术后进行 CDE检查。结果　 CDE对 2 8例主动脉窦瘤破裂 (RASA)作出正确诊断 ,准确率为 96 .6 % ;对合并症室缺 (VSD)确诊 12例 ,准确率 6 6 .7% ;CDE估计破口直径与手术所测相近 ;术后 CDE准确检查出 1例窦瘤补片开裂 ,并进行再次手术。结论　 CDE是 RASA术前评价和术后随访最具价值的无创技术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the value of Color Doppler Echocardiography(CDE)in the examination of aortic sinus aneurysm(ASA)before and after operation.Methods:29 patients were examined preoperatively and postoperatively by CDE.Results:28 patients were diagnosed correctly by CDE with accuracy 96 6%.12 cases(66 7%)of ventricular septal defect(VSD)were correctly detected.The rupture diameter of ASA estimated by CDE was similar to that determined by operation.One case was found aortic prosthesis dehiscence after operation and then operated again.Conclusions:CDE is a noninvasive and valuable method for preoperative assessment and postoperative follow up of RASA.更多还原
