【摘要】 目的　观察分析视网膜母细胞瘤 (Retinoblastoma,Rb)的病理形态和临床表现。方法　对 98例 Rb眼球摘除标本进行病理切片形态观察和免疫组化染色观察。结果　 98例 Rb临床与病理分期符合率 5 5 .11%。肿瘤常见坏死、钙化。瘤细胞显示 NSE阳性和 S1 0 0 、 GFAP阳性的细胞。结论　 Rb的临床与病理分期有一定差异。肿瘤坏死与瘤细胞分化相关 ,钙化是肿瘤的特征表现。肿瘤含有 NSE阳性的神经元性瘤细胞和 S1 0 0 、GFAP阳性的反应性增生的胶质细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe and analyze the pathology and clinic of retinoblastoma(Rb).Mothods:Observe the pathological pattern and immunohistochemistry stain for 98 cases Rb eyeball excised.Result:Rate of clinical stage according with the pathology in 98 cases Rb is 55.11%.There are often necrosis and calcification in the tumor.The tumor shows two kind of cells of NSE and S 100 、GFAP positive.Conclusion:Clinical and pathological stage are different.Tumor necrosis is associated with tumor differentiation.Calcification is character of the tumor.The tumor have NSE positive neuve tumor cell and S 100 、GFAP positive reactive hyperplasia glial cell.更多还原
