【摘要】 本文对 5 1例不育男子精液进行精浆解脲支原体聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测及精浆抗精子抗体 (As Ab)酶联免疫检测。结果解脲支原体阳性 2 0例 (39.2 % ) ,抗精子抗体阳性 18例 (35 .3% ) ,两者均阳性 11例 (2 1.6 % )。按解脲支原体阳性和阴性进行分组对照分析 ,发现阳性组精子活力得分、存活率、液化时间、畸形率以及精子形态与阴性组有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。提示生殖道解脲支原体感染对精液多项参数有影响 ,使精液的整体质量下降 ,影响授精能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The seminal plasma of 51 cases of infertile were studied undergoing the PCR technique and ELISA method,of which 20 specimens(39 2%)were UU positive,18 specimens(35 3%)were AsAb positive,positive of UU and AsAb were 11 specimens(21 6%).Correlation of seminal plasma UU positive group and UU negative group were studied,The result shows that there is significiant between the two groups in sperm activity score,sperm viability,liquefactive time,deformative rate and sperm morphogenesis.The conclusion is that genital tract infection with UU can affect semen parameters and diminish semen quality,the fertility ability of human sperm will be destroyed更多还原
