【摘要】 本文用自身比较观察非诺贝特 2 0 0 mg每晚 1次 ,持续 6周治疗老年人高脂血症的疗效和耐受性。 42例均为男性 ,年龄 6 0～ 83岁 ,其中属高脂血症 型 32例 , b型 10例。治疗 6周后 , 型和 b型患者血清甘油三脂分别降低 5 1%和 41% (P<0 .0 1)。 b型患者血清总胆固醇降低 18% (P<0 .0 1) , 型患者无降低。两组患者服药 6周后高密度脂蛋白均有明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,载脂蛋白 B均有不同程度下降 (P<0 .0 5及 P<0 .0 1)。服药期间未见严重不良反应。提示微粒化非诺贝特可作为老年人 型及 b型高脂血症的首选药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Efficacy of micronized fenofibrate were evaluated in 42 hyperlipidemic old patients,who underwent treatment of 200 MG.micronized fenofibrate every night for 6 weeks.The patients are male in 60 83 years old.The types of the hyperlipidemia were type Ⅳ in 32 cases,Ⅱb in 10 cases.After 6 week treatment,the TG of the patients with Ⅱb and Ⅳ was decreased 51% and 41%(P<0 01 respectively:Tc of the patients with type Ⅱb was decreased 18%(P<0 01),and type Ⅳ was not decreased.ApoB of the patients with type Ⅱb and Ⅳ were decreased and HDL were increased(P<0 05 and P<0 01 obviously)No serious side effects were observed.The results suggested that micronized fenofibrate should be first suitable for elderly patients with type Ⅱb and Ⅳ hyperlipidemia.更多还原
