【Abstract】 A catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace cobalt in the sodium tetraborate-sodium hydroxide buffer solution was reported.The oxidation decoloration of quinalizarin using Co( ) as catalystwas investigated.The results showed thatthe linear range of determination was 0 .0 4～ 1 .2 ng/ m L .This method is high selective ,easy to operate and good sensitive.This method has been used for the determination of trace cobaltin the hairwith satisfactory results.更多还原
