H2O2-Co(Ⅱ)-醌茜素体系催化光度法测定痕量钴
Catalytic Spectrophotometric Method for Determination of Trace Cobaltin H2O2 -Co(Ⅱ) Quinalizarin System
【摘要】 研究了硼砂 -氢氧化钠缓冲介质中 ,钴 ( )催化过氧化氢氧化醌茜素的褪色反应 ,通过各种条件选择 ,建立了痕量钴的测定方法 .钴 ( )的测定范围为 0~ 3 0 ng/ 2 5ml.本方法操作简单 ,选择性好 ,灵敏度高 ,用于人发中痕量钴 ( )的测定获得较为满意的结果 .
【Abstract】 A catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace cobalt in the sodium tetraborate-sodium hydroxide buffer solution was reported.The oxidation decoloration of quinalizarin using Co( ) as catalystwas investigated.The results showed thatthe linear range of determination was 0 .0 4~ 1 .2 ng/ m L .This method is high selective ,easy to operate and good sensitive.This method has been used for the determination of trace cobaltin the hairwith satisfactory results.
