氯苯水解的复氧化物催化剂中Mn的助催作用
Promotor Action of Additive Mn in Composite Oxide Catalyst of Hydrolysis Chlorobenzene
【摘要】 采用 TPR、ESR、XPS、和 Py-IR等手段对分子筛复氧化物催化剂 Mx Oy/HZSM-5( M-La,Cu,Mn)的催化活性进行研究 ,探讨添加剂 Mn的调变作用 .结果表明 ,添加剂 Mn的加入使催化剂表面 Cu O的分布状况得以改善和稳定 ,Mn可能以 +2价态存在于催化剂中 ,进而影响主催化剂 La的结构分布 ,导致催化剂具有较高的催化活性
【Abstract】 The catalytic activity for hydrolysis chlorobenzene of zeolite comlplex oxide catalyst-MxOy/ZSM-5 (M—La,Cu,Mn) and the promotor action were investigated by TPR, ESR, XPS, and Py-IR. The results show that the addition of Mn makes a difference in the distribution of the CuO on the surface of the catalyst. The valence of Mn in the catalyst may be +2, it influences the structure of the main catalyst-La. That is accounts for the fact that the catalyst has higher catalytic activity.
