【摘要】 1995年以来 ,转基因作物的商业化取得了迅速的发展。由于其优良的农艺性状和巨大的经济效益 ,在解决人类面临的粮食安全、环境恶化、资源匮乏、效益衰减等问题上显示出日益重要的作用。本文综述了转基因作物的基本特征、生态风险、食品安全和商业化的现状 ,对中国、美国、欧盟的生物安全管理政策和法规进行了比较。结合我省实际 ,对我省转基因作物的安全管理提出了具体的建议

【Abstract】 Transgenic crops have developed rapidly in commercialized scale since 1995 Their excellent agronomic characters and huge economic benefits demonstrated that transgenic crops would increasingly play an important role in resolving the problems we’re facing such as food security,environment deterioration,resource shortage and benefit decline. In this article,the main characteristics,ecological risk,food safety and commercialized scale of transgenic crops were reviewed. Policies and legislation on biosafety of China,the US and EEC were compaired. Based on the reality of Fujian Province,some suggestions for biosafety regulation of transgenic crops were forwarded.
