【Abstract】 Transgenic crops have developed rapidly in commercialized scale since 1995 Their excellent agronomic characters and huge economic benefits demonstrated that transgenic crops would increasingly play an important role in resolving the problems we’re facing such as food security,environment deterioration,resource shortage and benefit decline. In this article,the main characteristics,ecological risk,food safety and commercialized scale of transgenic crops were reviewed. Policies and legislation on biosafety of China,the US and EEC were compaired. Based on the reality of Fujian Province,some suggestions for biosafety regulation of transgenic crops were forwarded.更多还原
