几种植物生长调节物质对香菇生长发育的影响

【摘要】 为提高香菇子实体的产量 ,提高香菇的品质 ,采用正交试验法 ,研究了多种植物生长调节物质共同作用对香菇菌丝体的生长和子实体发生及其营养成分的影响。结果表明 ,稀土是决定香菇菌丝体的生长和子实体发生的主要因素 ;2 0 mg.L-1稀土、 50 mg.L-1赤霉素、 2 0 0 0 GS.L-1磁化水、 2 4 mg· L-1三十烷醇、 15mg· L-1恩肥为促进菌丝体生长的最优组合 ;每 50 kg干料每次喷 10 mg· L-1赤霉素 2 30 ml、 0 .3mg· L-1的三十烷醇 10 0 ml、 50 mg· L-1的稀土 2 30 ml、 0 .3mg· L-1恩肥 10 0 ml为促进子实体发育的最优组合。对各试验组合所产生的香菇子实体的蛋白质、糖、脂类含量进行 F检验和 L SD检验表明 ,最优化组合产生的子实体其蛋白质、糖类含量显著高于其它试验组

【Abstract】 In order to increase the yield of fruitbody and the quality of Lentinula edodes, the experiment was conducted as a 4 5 orthogonal design to study the effect of combined contribution by several plant\|growing regulators on the growth of mycelia and the development of fruitbody and its nutrient componence.The results showed that rare earth was the main factor for growth of mycelia and development of fruitbody of Lentinula edodes; the best combination that improve the growth of the mycelia was 20 mg·L -1 rare earth,50 mg·L -1 gibberellin,2000 GS·L -1 magnetized water,24 mg·L -1 alkylal 30,15 mg·L -1 N\|Fix N S The best combination that improve the development of fruit body was 10 mg·L -1 gibberellin 230 ml (per 50 kg dry metrial),0 3 mg·L -1 alkylal 30 100 ml,50 mg·L -1 rare earth 230 ml (per 50 kg dry metrial),0 3 mg·L -1 N\|Flix N S 100 ml The F test and LSD test for content of protein,sugar and fat of fruit body of Lentinula edodes by various combined treatment were carried out The results showed that the protein and sugar content of fruitbody of the best combination was higher than those of others
