低温胁迫对茄子的伤害及茄子抗寒机理

【摘要】 从膜损伤、 AOS代谢等方面研究低温胁迫对茄子的膜伤害 ,探索茄子的抗寒机理。试验结果表明 ,0~ 5℃低温胁迫下 ,茄子叶片细胞膜透性增大 ,其相对电导率达 2 5.0 5%~ 54.80 % ;MDA含量上升 4 6 .5%~ 83.4 % ,细胞膜受损伤。SOD和 CAT活性分别上升 5.39%~ 31.81%和11.0 %~ 78.0 % ,POD活性保持相对稳定 ,茄子动员细胞膜保护系统清除 AOS

【Abstract】 Two eggplant varieties (Zizhong and Zirongchang) were used.Effects of low temperature stress and cold resistance of eggplant were studied Under low temperature,the relative conducvities,were 25 05%-54 80%,MDA contents increased by 46 5%-83 4% and the activities of SOD and CAT increased by 5 39%-36 81% and 11 0%-78 0% The activities of POD was maintained steady This indicated cell membrane of eggplant was injured and the defensive system was utilized to scavenge AOS in eggplant under low temperature
