【摘要】 为培育一种肉味鲜美、生长较快的优质肉鸡 ,对农家土鸡河田鸡、福州土鸡 ,仿土鸡(父本为农家土鸡 )黑宝 号、黑宝 号、江西麻鸡等 5个品种 (品系 )进行生产性能和肉质对比研究。研究结果表明 ,在相同饲养管理条件下 ,黑宝 号生长速度最快 ,饲料报酬最高 ,90日龄公母平均体重为 16 4 6 .0 0 g、料重比为 2 .95∶ 1,江西麻鸡分别为 1549.33g和 3.2 2∶ 1,黑宝 号分别为 136 0 .33g和 3.2 5∶ 1,福州土鸡分别为 114 3.6 7g和 3.98∶ 1,河田鸡分别为 94 4 .6 7g和 4 .32∶ 1;屠宰率 ,全、半净膛率 ,胸、腿肌率 ,5个品种 (品系 )间无显著差异 ;鲜样胸肌氨基酸总量以福州土鸡最高 ,为 2 3.4 7g· hg-1;肌纤维直径 5个品种 (品系 )间无显著差异 (平均直径在 2 7.0 9～ 2 9.17μm) ,肌纤维密度河田鸡最高 ,为 12 14 .50根· mm-2 。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results in comparative study on the characteristics and meat qualities of five breeds:Hetian Chicken and Fuzhou Chicken (local chicken),Black Treasure I and Black Treasure Ⅱ and Jiangxi chicken(local Chicken as sire parents) proved that BlackTreasure I can get the fastest growth and best FCR under the same management condition,with average body weight 1646 00g and FCR 2 95∶1 at ninety Days,and of Jiangxi Chicken makes 1549 33g and 3 22∶1 respectively,and of Black Trcasure Ⅱ makes 1360 33g and 3 25∶1 respectively,and of Fuzhou Chicken makes 1143 67g and 3 98∶1,and of Hetian Chicken makes 944 67g and 4 32∶1 The dressing percentage,brawn bressing and half brawn bressing percentage,the chest muscle and leg muscle percentage contrasted no significance, among these five chicken breeds Fuzhou Chicken has the highest amino acid content which is 23 47g·h -1 of fresh chest muscle, Muscle fibre diameter of these five fowl breeds contrasted no significance (average diameter among 27 09-29 17μm),muscle fibre density of Hetian Chicken is the highest,which is 1214 50 root·mm -2更多还原
