水稻品种对水稻条纹病毒及其介体灰飞虱的抗性鉴定

【摘要】 经生物学接种鉴定了 38个水稻品种对水稻条纹病毒 ( RSV)的抗性 ,其中 2 9个分别为江苏、云南、辽宁、福建水稻种植区的主栽品种 .结果表明 ,除福建外 ,其他 3个水稻种植区的主栽品种都表现中感或高感 ,这可能是这 3个稻区病害发生严重的原因之一 .鉴定了 12个品种对 RSV介体灰飞虱的抗性 ,其中有 4个品种表现为抗虫 ,但抗性较低 .研究了 10个品种抗病性与抗虫性之间的关系 ,结果发现 ,4个品种对灰飞虱的抗虫性与其抗病性密切相关 ,相关系数为 99.19% ;而 6个品种的抗虫性与其抗病性的相关系数也达 82 .50 % .结果认为 ,许多水稻品种的抗虫性与其抗病性是紧密相关的 ,但有一些品种则不然 .籼稻品种一般较粳稻品种更具抗虫性 .这些结果说明许多品种的抗 RSV基因和抗灰飞虱基因可能是连锁的 .鉴定发现 ,IR36兼具高抗虫性和高抗病性 ,是抗性育种的良好材料

【Abstract】 Rice stripe virus (RSV) resistance of 38 rice varieties, of which 29 were major varieties cultivated in Jiangsu, Yunnan, Liaoning and Fujian, was identified by biological inoculation, and moderate or high susceptibility was found in the varieties in rice areas except Fujian, that could be the cause of high RSV incidence. Of the 38 varieties, resistance of 12 varieties to RSV vector insect Laodelphax striatellus , was identified, and low resistance was discovered in only 4 varieties. Meanwhile, the relationship between RSV resistance and insect resistance in 10 varieties was detected, and the correlation coefficient was 99.19% in 4 varieties, and 82.50% in the other 6 varieties, that proved the colse relationship between RSV resistance and insect resistance in many rice varieties. Generally, insect resistance of indica rice varieties was higher than that of japonica rice varieties. Therefore, RSV resistance gene and L.striatellus resistance gene could be linked in many rice varieties. According to identification, both of RSV resistance and insect resistance were high in IR36 which was proved to be ideal material for resistance breeding.
