白兰花的耐寒性及其越冬期保护酶活性的变化

【摘要】 用电导法测定白兰花的耐寒性 .结果表明 ,白兰花临界低温为 - 3℃ ,低温持续时间不同对白兰花临界低温有影响 .- 1℃处理 2 4 h与 - 3℃处理 6h,白兰花叶片的电渗率相同 .在越冬期 ,随着气温的降低及低温持续时间的延长 ,超氧物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性均呈下降趋势 ,2月份比上年越冬前 11月份分别降低了 2 6.89%、4 7.36%、54.34 % .

【Abstract】 Electrical conduction was used to detect the cold tolerance of bailan ( Michelia alba DC.) and it was discovered that the critical low temperature was -3 ℃, affected by different lengthes of low temperature durations. The electrolyte leakage at -1 ℃ for 24 hours was equal to that at -3 ℃ for 6 hours. During wintering, the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidase tended to decrease with the temperature and lengthening of the low temperature duration, and in February they were respectively 26.89%, 47.36% and 54.34 % lower than those in November before wintering.
