Fe(Ⅲ)-H2O2-甲基蓝体系催化动力学光度法测定痕量Fe(Ⅲ)
Catalytic-kinetic spectrophotometric determination of trace iron with a system of iron-hydrogen peroxide-methyl blue
【摘要】 在 H2 SO4 介质中 ,痕量 Fe( )对 H2 O2 氧化甲基蓝褪色反应具有较强的催化作用 ,据此建立了一种催化动力学光度法测定痕量 Fe( )的新方法 .该方法的线性范围为 0 .0 192 - 0 .0 6 6 0μg· m L-1,检测限为 8.0 1×10 -10 g· m L-1.用于水样中痕量 Fe( )的测定 ,结果满意 .
【Abstract】 A method has been developed for the determination of trace iron, based on the discoloration of methyl blue by hydrogen peroxide in H 2SO 4 solution under the catalysis of Fe(Ⅲ). The linear range of the method is 0.0192 -0.0660 μg·mL -1 with a detection limit of 8.01×10 -10 g·mL -1 . The method has been applied to the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) in water samples with satisfactory results.
