锥栗对栗疫病抗性与过氧化物酶的关系

【摘要】 研究测定了20个不同抗病性的锥栗品种的过氧化物酶活性、比活性及同工酶.结果表明,接种后72h起,抗病品种的过氧化物酶活性及比活性均比感病品种高,各个品种的酶活性及比活性均在接种后120h时达到最高峰.接种前的过氧化物酶同工酶不能显示品种间的抗病性差异;接种后的过氧化物酶同工酶抗病品种增加2条,中抗品种增加1~2条,感病品种增加0~1条.

【Abstract】 The peroxidase activity,specific activity and isozyme were analysed in twenty chestnut(Castanea henryi)varieties with different resistance The results showed that after inoculation,the peroxidase activity and specific activity of the resistant varieties were all higher than the susceptible ones at 72 hours,the activity and specific activity of all the varieties reached the highest point at 120 hours The peroxidase isozyme before inoculation didn’t indicate the difference of the resistance and susceptibilities among the varieties There appeared 2 new peroxidase isozyme bands in the resistant varieties,1~2 in the middle resistant ones and 0~1 in the susceptible ones after inoculation
