【摘要】 研究了用气相色谱─电子铺俘器法测定鱼肉中有机氯农药的四种不同前处理方法。通过向鱼样中加入三种不同保留时间的有机氯农药（α-六氯苯、狄氏剂、滴滴涕），并测定三种不同浓度（0．01、01、1）（mg／kg）时加标回收率。这四种前处理方法分别是提取法、分离法、S色谱法、和F色谱法。结果显示：用F色谱法作为前处理鱼样能获得较好的回收率（82％～109％），适宜于鱼样中这三种农药的测定．更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied four pretreatment methods by adding three different retention time organochlorine pesticides (α-BHC. Dieldrin, pp’-DDT ) to fish sample and making different concentration (0.01. 0. 1, 1 ) (mg/kg ), then using GC-ECD determinate its recoveries. These pretreatment meth0ds are Acetonehexane Extraction;Acetonitrile Partition isilicagel Cleanup Column and Froligel PR Cleanup Column method.The result showes that after Froligel PR Cleanup Column for pretreatment fish sample can get good recover ies (82%~ 109% ) which are compared to other method for these three organochlorine pesticides deternimation.更多还原
