【摘要】 从犯罪构成角度探讨 ,犯罪防控可分为 :1、针对犯罪主体的犯罪防控 ,即通过一定的防控措施 ,使有关的法律主体不致成为犯罪主体 ;2、针对犯罪主观方面的犯罪防控 ,即通过对有关法律主体的主观方面的有效作用 ,使有关法律主体不产生或消除掉可能支配其去犯罪的主观方面的内容 ;3、针对犯罪客观方面的犯罪防控 ,即通过一定的有效工作使主观上欲行犯罪的法律主体难以实施其犯罪行为 ,使犯罪的客观方面内容不能形成 ;4、针对犯罪客体的犯罪防控 ,即通过一定的防控措施使有关法律客体不致成为犯罪行为侵害的客体。更多还原
