【摘要】 应用薄层色谱—紫外分光光度法对闽产柑桔皮中橙皮苷含量进行分析。该方法准确,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.71%。实验结果表明,其中福桔橙皮苷含量最高。这为福建省丰富的柑桔皮类资源的综合开发利用提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 A TLC-UV-Spectrophotometric method for the determination of hesperidin in Pericapium Citri Reticulatae from Fujian Province was introduced in this report.The method is accurate,in which the average recovery and the RSD were 99.2% and 1.71 % respectively.The analytic results indicate that the hesperidin content of Citrus retiulata tangerina is the highest in three kinds of Pericapium Citri Reticulatae.It provide a scientific basis for comprehensive utilization the Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from Fujian Province.更多还原
