四种检测番鸭细小病毒抗原方法的比较

【摘要】 用 L PA、VI、FA和 EL ISA四种方法平行检测了 9羽人工感染鸭和用 L PA、VI及 FA三种方法平行检测了 2 8羽野外送检鸭肝、脾及肝和脾混合组织中 MPV抗原 ,结果显示 :L PA、FA和 EL ISA均有很强的特异性 ;四种方法对人工感染鸭 MPV抗原的检出率均在 88.9%以上 ,任何两种方法之间检测结果的符合率均在 88.9%以上 ,无显著性差异 (X2 检验 ,P>0 .0 5 ) ;三种方法中两两之间检测野外送检鸭 MPV抗原结果的符合率均在 82 .1 %以上 ,亦无显著性差异 (X2 检验 ,P>0 .0 5 ) ;L PA检测肝和脾混合组织的阳性率 (6 4.3% )高于单个组织 (肝 6 0 .7%、脾 5 7.1 % ) ,表明 L PA、 VI、 FA和 EL ISA检测病鸭组织中MPV抗原均有很强的特异性和检出率 ,都可用于诊断番鸭细小病毒病。L PA具有快速、操作简便、结果判定直观等优点 ,易于基层单位和专业户推广应用 ,是诊断番鸭细小病毒病的实用方法。肝和脾组织是诊断雏番鸭细小病毒病的最佳材料

【Abstract】 The liver,spleen and liver spleen mixed homogenates of9ducks experimentally infected with MPV and2 8field cases were correspondingly detected by L PA,VI.FA and EL ISA.The four methods show specific reaction to the cell cultures the positive rate of detection was88.9%~ 10 0 % ,the concordant rate of LPA to VI,LPA to FA,LPA to EL ISA,ELISA to VI,ELISA to FA and FA to VI was≥ 88.9% .To2 8 field cases,the positive rate of detection was57.1%~ 75% ,the concordant rate of LPA to VI,LPA to FA and FA to VI was≥ 82 .1% ,the results of above two experiments subjected to X2 analysis,no significant differences existed between any other two methods (P >0 .0 5) .The positive rate of liver and spleen mixed homoge nates was 6 4 .3% slightly higher than of individual tissues (livers6 0 .7%、 spleens57.1% ) . These results revealed that LPA、VI、FA and EL ISA have statisfied specificity and sensitivity to MPV.L PA is a practical method for clinical diagnosis of MPV disease based on its rapidity and simplicity nature. Liver and splean mixed homognates is the most reliable source for detecting MPV.
