用不同的近似方法计算极性晶体中强耦合磁极化子有效质量与温度的关系
Temperature Dependence of Effective Mass of Strong Coupling Magnetopolaron in Polar Crystals Calculated by Different Approximation Methods
【摘要】 采用改进的线性组合算符法研究极性晶体中强耦合磁极化子的有效质量与温度的关系。详细讨论了在不同的近似计算程度情况下有效质量的温度特性。结果表明 :不同的近似计算程度可给出磁极化子有效质量随温度的升高而增加和减小两种截然相反的结论
【Abstract】 Temperature dependence of the effective mass of the strong coupling magnetopolaron in polar crystals are studied by means of an improved linear combination operator method. The temperature characteristic of the effective mass are discussed in detail at different approximation calculation level. The result illustrates that the different approximation calculation level can provided two completely contrary conclusions on temperature dependence of the effective mass of the magnetopolaron.
