【Abstract】 The Xanthoxylin extracted from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim fruit can keep its natural taste,prolong its quality life,contain no fibre of wood,also,be used conveniently.In this paper , various factors which affect the extraction were discussed.The results of experiment show that the extractive distillation method using ethanol absolute as solvent is a convenient one to obtain a good yield which might reach 11.84 percent at 78℃ for 4 hours.更多还原
