鲨鱼软骨血管生成抑制因子的抗体制备与组织特异性表达的检测
Preparation of Antibody of Shark Cartilage-derived Angiogenesis Inhibitory Factor(SCAIF-Ⅰ) and Examination of Its Special Expression in Different Tissues
【摘要】 纯化鉴定了鲨鱼软骨血管生成抑制因子 (SharkCartilage derivedAngiogenesisInhibitoryFactor Ⅰ ,SCAIF Ⅰ )的纯度及分子质量 .采用新西兰大白兔背部皮下多点注射法制备了SCAIF Ⅰ的多克隆抗体 ,测定了抗体的效价 .通过Westernblot检测 ,证明了SCAIF Ⅰ相关蛋白在哺乳动物中的广泛分布及SCAIF Ⅰ在鲨鱼软骨中的组织特异性表达 .
【Abstract】 The purity and relative molecular mass of SCAIF Ⅰ have been determined. Its multiclonal antibody was produced in Newzealand rabbits through hypodermic injection on the back. By Western blotting, it was proved that the SCAIF Ⅰ related protein is widely distributed in mammal, and expression of SCAIF Ⅰ is tissue specific, only in shark cartilage.
