中药的不同相对分子质量成分对抑制超氧阴离子自由基的EPR研究

【摘要】 用不同截留相对分子质量的超滤膜对中药活血化瘀方提取液进行相对分子质量分级 ,并分别用二甲基亚砜体系和黄嘌呤 黄嘌呤氧化酶体系测定了药物的不同相对分子质量成分淬灭超氧阴离子自由基 (O2-· )的能力 .实验结果表明 ,经超滤膜分离后得到的低相对分子质量成分抑制超氧阴离子自由基O2-· 的效果非常显著 ,说明药物的有效部位主要是在低相对分子质量成分中 ,通过膜分离能有效地提高药物有效部位的浓度和药效 .另对药物在上述 2种体系中增抑超氧阴离子自由基O2-·的机理进行了探讨 .

【Abstract】 The abstracts of chinese herbs for promoting blood circulation were fractionized in order of relative molecular mass by ultrafiltration. The capacity of extinguishing superoxide anion radical(O 2 -· ) of the obtained different relative molecular mass components were investigated in DMSO system and in xanthine xanthine oxidase system respectively. The results show that the low molecular mass components obtained through ultrafiltration exhibit high activity on O 2 -· elimination, they represent the main functional components of the mentioned chinese herbs. The treatment of crude medicine by ultrafiltration can improve obviously the concentration of its effective components and its medical quality. Extinction mechanism of O 2 -· in the two mentioned systems by the chinese herbs were discussed.
