Bax基因产物表达与肺癌预后关系的研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨凋亡相关基因Bax的表达水平与肺癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化链亲和素—生物素标记法 (LSAB法 )检测 12 4例人非小细胞肺癌组织中Bax基因产物的表达水平。结果 肺癌组织中Bax基因产物的表达水平 (5 3 .76 % )明显低于癌旁肺组织 (75 .5 1% )和正常肺组织 (74.97% ) (P <0 .0 1)。肺癌组织中Bax基因产物的表达水平与肺癌P TNM分期、原发肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移状态有密切关系 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与肺癌组织学类型、细胞分化程度、原发肿瘤部位、患者的性别、年龄及吸烟与否均无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。肺癌患者Bax基因产物高表达组 5年生存率(49.99% )明显高于低表达组 (11.48% ) (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Bax基因表达异常可能在肺癌发生、发展和预后中起重要作用。Bax基因可能参与了肺癌发生、发展和转移过程

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between t he expression of Bax gene and oncogenesis, development and prognosis of lung cance r. WTHZ Methods The expression level of Bax gene products was detec ted in 124 human non small cell lung cancer by immunohistochemistry labelled s treptavidin biotin methods. Results WTBZ The expressional level of Bax products in lung cancer tissues (53.76%) was significantly lower than t hat in the normal tissues adjacent to lung cancer (75.51%) and normal lung tiss ues (74.97%)( WTBX P WTBZ <0.01). The expressional level of Bax products w as closely related with P TNM stage, the size of primary tumor and lymph node metastasis ( WTBX P WTBZ <0.01 or WTBX P WTBZ <0.05); but not to hist ological classification, cell differentiation and site of the cancer, and age, s ex of the patients and smoking or not ( WTBX P WTBZ >0.05). The five year survival rate in patients with high Bax expression was significantly higher tha n that in patients with low Bax expression ( WTBX P WTBZ <0.01). WTHZ Conclusion Abnormal expression of Bax gene may play an important role in the oncogenesis, development and prognosis of lung cancer. Bax gene may be involved in the oncogenesis, development and metastasis of lung cancer.
