【摘要】 目的　研究端粒酶活性在肺癌中的表达及临床应用价值。方法　应用改良PCR ELISA法对 2 9例经临床及胸部X光片和CT检查高度怀疑为肺癌的患者通过纤维支气管镜所取的病变组织进行端粒酶活性检测 ,同时行病理学、支刷脱落细胞和抗酸杆菌检查。结果　病理证实为肺癌的 2 2例中有18例端粒酶活性表达阳性 ,阳性率为 81.81% ;4例异型细胞中端粒酶活性表达阳性 1例 ;2例慢性炎症中端粒酶活性表达阳性 1例 ;1例肺结核患者端粒酶活性表达阴性。 12例淋巴结转移的患者均呈端粒酶活性表达阳性 ,10例无淋巴结转移的患者中 6例表达阳性 ,其差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　端粒酶的活化不仅与肺癌的发生、发展有关 ,可以作为肺癌的标志物 ,并与肺癌的浸润转移有关 ,有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of telomerase activity in lung cancer tissue and the correlation with the oncogenesis, progression and metastasis of lung cancer. Methods Telomerase activity in specimens obtained by fiberbrochoscopy from 29 patients with suspected lung cancer was detected by polymerase chain reaction ELISA. Resutls The telomerase activity was positive in 18 cases of primary lung cancer and the positive rate was 81.81%(18/22). Two of other seven specimens were positive for telomerase activity. Twelve lung cancer cases with lymph node metastasis showed positive expression, whereas only 6 of 10 cases without lymph node metastasis showed positive expression. Conclusion Telomerase activity may be useful both as a diagnostic marker to detect the existence of lung cancer and as a potential of high risk for lymph node metastasis.更多还原
