锅炉给水泵优化运行问题探讨

【摘要】 该文对火电厂锅炉给水泵优化运行时可能出现的各种问题进行了理论分析 ,给出了主机在定压运行和滑压运行状态下 ,且静扬程较高时 ,如何计算泵的轴功率。分析了母管制、单元制给水系统 ,调速泵、定速泵易出现的问题 ,以及泵性能参数、管路系统如何设计等问题。图 3参 6

【Abstract】 The paper presents a theoretical analysis of problems, possibly met with when dealing with operational optimization of boiler feed pumps in fossil power plants, and suggests a way of calculating the pump’s shaft power, both when the main power set is running steady or under gliding pressure, under conditions of or under gliding pressure, relative high static pressure heads. Problems, which may easily crop up in constant and in variable speed pumps, running either with a common manifold or in boneblack systems, are being discussed together with how to fix the pumps characteristic parameters and how to design the piping system.
