循环流化床锅炉的循环态启动技术

【摘要】 该文提出循环流化床锅炉启动的一个新概念———循环态启动技术。在一个高度为 6m ,有效直径为 35 0mm的燃煤循环流化床实验台上进行了循环态启动技术试验研究。研究内容包括采用循环态启动技术启动循环流化床时的全炉阻力特性、升温特性、传热特性以及有害气体排放特性等内容。研究结果表明 ,采用循环态启动技术可以保证循环流化床装置各个部件具有接近相同的膨胀幅度 ,可以实现启动过程中较低的有害气体排放 ,是一种值得进行深入研究 ,逐步应用到工业实践中去的实用技术。图 9表 1参 7

【Abstract】 The paper introduces a new concept for starting circulating fluidized bed boilers——the circulating mode starting technique. Circulating mode start tests were performed on a coal firing circulating fluidized test rig, which has a height of 6m and an effective diameter of 350mm. Test tepics include the fernace’s overall flow resistance characteristics, the temperature’s escalating charactenstics, the heat transfer characteristics, the emission characteristics of noxious gases etc. while the circulating fluidized bed is being started with the circulating mode technique. Test results show that this technique can warrant nearly the same begree of dilation for all parts of the circulating fluidized bed installation and effectuate a lower degree of emission of noxious gases, and thus is a new practical technique, worthwhile of further researching and gradually to be introduced into industrail tests.
