【摘要】 【目的】　探讨儿童单纯性肥胖症是否引起凝血、纤溶指标的改变。　【方法】　采用免疫比浊法、乳胶凝集法和发色底物法检测 30例单纯性肥胖症患儿及 30例正常对照儿童的血浆纤维蛋白原 (fg)、D 二聚体 (D dimer)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物 (PAI 1)活性 ,并进行二组比较。　【结果】　fg肥胖组明显高于对照组 (t =3 .14 9,P <0 .0 0 1) ,PAI 1活性值肥胖组明显高于对照组 (t =3 .471,P <0 .0 1) ,D dimer阳性率肥胖组高于对照组 (χ2 =4.6 3 ,P <0 .0 5 )。　【结论】　儿童单纯性肥胖症存在凝血、纤溶系统功能异常更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study if simple obese children will result in abnormality of coagulative and fibrinolytic indices. Methods Fibrinogen(fg),D dimer and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI 1)were measured by immune turbidimetry,latex agglutination test and colorimetry for substrate respectively among 30 simply obese children and 30 normal control children,then compare every two group dates of each. Results Simple obese children had significantly greater fibrinogen( t =3.149, P <0.01) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI 1)concertration( t =3.471, P <0.001)than normal control group,simple obese children had a significantly greater positive D dimer possibility than normal control group( χ 2=4.63, P <0.05). Conclusions There exists functional abnormality of coagulative and fibrinolytic system in simple obese children.更多还原
