【摘要】 目的为探讨出生前后低水平铅暴露对新生儿出生体重的影响。［方法］用原子吸收分光光度计 测查了 １５６例婴儿出生时血铅水平，并就低水平铅暴露（＜ ０． ４８μｍｏｌ几）对婴儿的出生体重的影响进行统计学分析。 结果血铅≥０．４８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ的新生儿体重明显低于血铅水平＜ ０． ４８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ者，分别相差 ２３０ｇ和 ４９３ｇ，差异有非常 显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论当新生儿脐血铅水平≥０．４８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ时，确能对胎儿发育产生不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectivel To survey the effect of low-level lead exposure on newborn weight. [Methods] To investigate the umbilical cord blood lead level(CBPb)in 156 newborn with atomic absorption spectrometry. It was analyzed with statistical method that low-level blood lead exposure had effect on newborn weight. [Results] The CBPb were 0. 12 ~ 0. 88umol/ L. The newborn weight whose CBPb≥0. 48umol/L were higher than those CBPb< 0. 48umol/L. The differences of newborn weight between two groups were 230 ~ 493g. [Conclusion] The low level lead xsposure can adversely affect newborn weight.更多还原
