【摘要】 【目的】　探讨母婴血清胆红素对免疫球蛋白及补体的影响。【方法】　同时检测１１８ 组配对母亲、脐血、新生儿和４２ 例对照组成人的血清免疫球蛋白（Ｉｇ Ｇ、ＩｇＡ、Ｉｇ Ｍ） 、补体（ Ｃ３ 、Ｃ４） 和总胆红素（ＢｉｌＴ） 、结合胆红素（ＢｉｌＤ） 含量，并作相关分析。【结果】　①血清ＢｉｌＴ、ＢｉｌＤ 含量高低依次为新生儿＞ 脐血＞ 母亲、对照组。②母亲和新生儿的血清ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、Ｉｇ Ｍ 、Ｃ３ 、Ｃ４ 均不受母亲ＢｉｌＴ、ＢｉｌＤ 的影响。③新生儿的血清ＩｇＧ 和Ｃ３ 含量均不受脐血和自身ＢｉｌＴ、ＢｉｌＤ 的影响；ＩｇＡ、Ｉｇ Ｍ 含量受脐血和自身ＢｉｌＴ、ＢｉｌＤ 的影响；Ｃ４ 含量仅受自身ＢｉｌＴ、ＢｉｌＤ 的影响。【结论】　胆红素对免疫反应的影响与胆红素水平的高低有关。妊娠母亲血中胆红素含量正常，不影响ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、Ｉｇ Ｍ 、Ｃ３ 、Ｃ４ 的产生；新生儿出生以后，血中胆红素在生理范围内逐渐升高，对ＩｇＡ、Ｉｇ Ｍ 、Ｃ４ 的产生可能有促进作用，但不影响ＩｇＧ 和Ｃ３ 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of serum bilirubin on immunoglobulins,complements of pregnant women and their newborn infants. Methods Serum immunoglobulins(IgG,IgA,IgM),complements(C 3,C 4) and total bilirubin (Bil T),conjugated bilirubin(Bil D) were measured at the same time,and relations between the results were analysed. Results ①Order of Bil T,Bil D concentration from high to low was that newborn infant>cord blood>pregnent women and control adults.②There were no effects of Bil T,Bil D concentration in pregnant women on IgG,IgA,IgM,C 3,C 4 in them and their newborn infants.③There were no effects of Bil T,Bil D concentration in nerwborn infants and cord blood on IgA,C 3 in infants.④There were effects of Bil T,Bil D concentration in newborn infants and cord blood on IgA,IgM in infants,but only there were effect of Bil T,Bil D concentration in newborn infants on C 4 in infants. Conclusion There were relations between effects of serum bilirubin on immunoglobulins,complements and concentration of serum bilirubin.There were no effects of serum bilirubin concentration in normal pregnant women ,on IgG,IgA,IgM,C 3,C 4 in them and their infants,but it was possible that there were prompting effects of serum bilirubin in newborn infants,it concentration increased only in the limit of physiological daundice,on production of IgA,IgM,C 4,and no effects on IgG,C 3.更多还原
