【摘要】 为提高薄壁金刚石钻头的综合性能,本文提出了研制具有良好的力学性能、对金刚石及耐磨硬质点润湿性好的预合金粉末作为胎体材料。着重论述了预合金粉末的设计原则和制备的工艺要求。通过室内测试、台架试验和生产现场使用,证明了所设计的预合金粉末的实用性和良好的技术经济效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve the comprehensive properties of masorry drill bit, this paper puts forward to manufactured prealloying power that processes with good mechanical properties and good infiltration for diamond and wear resistance compounds to be matrix. The paper stressed to discuss prealloying power designed principle and manufactured processing.
