【Abstract】 A rare case of bronchial oncocytic carcinoid was examined by HE, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry and TEM. It was diagnosed as “tuberculosis of lung” clinically.The morphological features of the tumor was similar to bronchial oncocytoma. Ultrastructural observation showed characteristic neurosecretory granules in tumor cells.It is believed that the electron microscopic examination is a valuble method in distinguishing bronchial oncocytic carcinoid from bronchial oncocytoma.更多还原
