3mm波相参脉冲发射组件的研究
Research on 3mm Wave Coherent Pulsed Transmitter
【摘要】 根据 3mm波段相参脉冲雷达对发射机的要求 ,本文拟定了基波注入锁定 3mm波谐波源、3mm波连续波雪崩源和两级脉冲雪崩源级联注入锁定的放大链路方案 ,提出并实施了“脉间异频防泄漏技术” ,抑制了漏信号对系统工作的有害影响 ,最终实现当输入电平为 2mW的 6mm波信号时 ,3mm波输出脉冲峰值功率大于 5W ,脉宽约 30ns.
【Abstract】 According to the design of 3mm wave radar,an amplifier chain scheme of the coherent pulsed transmitter is proposed.The chain consists of a fundamental injection locked harmonic Gunn oscillator,a CW IMPATT oscillator and two pulsed IMPATT oscillators in cascade.In order to overcome the effect of the leak signal in the system,a new technique of suppressing the leak in the intervals of pulse by altering the frequency is created and realized in success.The developed transmitter provides the output of 5W peak power and 30ns pulse width in 3mm wave with the input of 2mW signal in 6mm wave.
