压力传感器零点电漂移与热漂移特性的模拟
Simulating the Properties of Electric and Thermal Drift of the Bridge Offset of Pressure Sensors
【摘要】 利用 PSPICE程序结合非线性电阻模型来模拟压力传感器的电桥电路 ,可显示零点电漂移和热漂移特性。并阐明可利用电漂移来消除热零点漂移。
【Abstract】 The program PSPICE is used for simulating the bridge circuit of pressure sensor with the nonlinear resistor model to show properties of electric drift as well as thermal drift. It is can be elucidated that electric drift can be used for compensating offset thermal drift.
