【摘要】 根据磁光盘的ISO/IEC 1 50 4 1 :1 996国际标准对扇区标头质量指标参数的定义 ,通过分析 5X密度磁光盘的扇区标头格式及信号形态 ,提出了一种质量指标的具体检测方法 ,并介绍了检测系统的组成结构。该方法极大地简化了检测的复杂程度。实验表明 :系统的测试结果与实际标头信号的形态一致 ,并符合ISO/IEC 1 50 4 1 :1 996标准规定的测试环境和测试指标 ,完全实现了对 5X密度磁光盘扇区标头质量的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,an actual measure method for PSHQ(the Parameters of Sector Header Quality) is proposed,and the structure of the detecting system is introduced,based on the definition of PSHQ described in ISO/IEC 15041:1996 standard and analyzing the format and signals of sector header.The method reduces the testing complexity largely.Moreover,the testing results from the system are identical to the actual form of header signals and fully conform to the testing environment and PSHQ described in ISO/IEC 15041:1996 standard.The system has fully realized the detection for 5X Density Magneto-Optic disk.更多还原
