【摘要】 介绍了运用 ＭＡＴＬＡＢ语言、采用最小二乘法建立系统数学模型的方法，并给出了建模的程序框图及实例。

【Abstract】 In the paper, the method of establishing the mathematical model of a system by experiment data based on MATLAB is described, and programme block diagrams of establishing model and an applicable example are also given.
