【摘要】 以工业硅酸钠和盐酸为原料 ,采用化学沉淀法制备出纳米二氧化硅。工艺条件为 :温度 2 5～ 35℃、p H值 4～ 6、反应液质量浓度 1.15 g/ L、反应时间 10 min,添加一定量表面活性剂和分散剂。制得的二氧化硅 ,粒径 40～ 5 0 nm、比表面积大、分散性好、质量优良 ,已用于工业生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Silicon oxide nanoparticle are prepared by chemical precipitation process, with sodium metasilicate and hydrochloric acid as raw material. The optimum conditions are 25~35℃, pH value 4~6, specific gravity of reaction liquid 1 15 g/L, reaction time 10 min, with some surfactant and dispersing agent. Higher specific surface area and purity and particle size of 40~50 nm are acquired. (7 refs.)更多还原
