【Abstract】 ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS (China), Vol 19, No 3, P 23 24 (Jun 2000) In Chinese Electric double layer capacitors consist of polarizing electrodes, working electrolyte and separating film. Their influences on the electric properties are studied. Based on the study, a new electric double layer capacitor is developed, ofwhich, the capacitance is above 1 F, leakage current less than 0 5 mA (bias voltage 2 V) and ESR is blow 10 Ω. (3 refs)更多还原
